David has worked with both elite level amateur and professional sporting teams and understands the athlete mentality and the culture of elite sport. He is used to coaching groups of athletes and training whole teams to improve their lifting standards and skills.

Years of university teaching experience makes David particularly effective at conveying information to large groups and getting them to actually understand the desired concept. His practical experience allows him to adapt strength programming to individual sports to optimize performance.
