Are you taking new clients?
Yes, even when fully booked, life often gets in the way and spots become available almost every week.
What should I bring?
Your normal training gear plus any other gear/equipment you have questions about.
Your training program and any training footage that is easy to review.
Water bottle if you normally train with one. Filtered water is available on site.
Can I cancel a session?
Yes, up to 48 hours beforehand with no change. After that, session fees will still apply unless the session can be filled at short notice, or there are exceptional circumstances.
What are your prices?
In Person:
$150 initial session (1hr 15min)
$130 single (1 hour)
$600 five x 1hr sessions
$1100 ten x 1hr sessions

Can you coach me at a competition?
Most likely yes, but please get in contact for competition coaching terms and conditions
What's the best way to get to the Strength Coaching Australia studio?
Driving is the most convenient with plenty of on-site parking or convenient spots across the road.
Riding is also a great option with bike hoops on-site and the Merri Creek trail running directly behind the property.
To travel via public transport:
- Take a number 1 or 6 tram to Holmes St/Moreland Rd and walk approx. 13 minutes to the SCA studio OR take the number 11 tram to St Georges Rd/Miller St and walk approx. 14 minutes.
Can I turn up early to warm up?
As there’s no waiting area, access to the studio is only from the start of the scheduled session time, so be mindful of the weather if you want to warm up earlier outside.
