Can’t attend in-person?

There is still so much that can be done via video review and video call. Many people are not even aware of their issues or what order to solve them in.

Option 1. “Quick Form Check" - $80

What you get: 

– Detailed video review of one lift e.g. Squat, bench press, etc. (footage provided by client, multiple clips/angles encouraged, 3min max) 

– Annotated and narrated analysis guided by decades of experience (downloadable for future reference). 

– Follow up phone/video call (approx. 10min)

Option 2. "In-depth Technique Correction" - $130

What you get: 

– Detailed video review of one lift e.g. Squat, bench press, etc. (footage provided by client, multiple clips/angles encouraged, 3min max) 

– Longer, more detailed annotated and narrated analysis guided by decades of experience (downloadable for future reference). 

– Correction, programming and progression advice. 

– Follow up phone/video call (approx. 20min)Â
